VANCOUVER ART GALLERY The Vancouver Art Gallery approahced Kaldor to produce an ad campaign that had to nail two objectives. One: highlight not only the variety of art, but showcase all the events,amenities and resources offered by the Gallery; and Two: remind people that the Gallery is an important part of—and supported largely by—the community. Thus this campaign was born. Using a “this or that?” split in headline and visuals, the Kaldor team and I demonstrated that, hey, there’s a multitude of groovy things to do and see at the Gallery (not just Emily Carr). The body copy included the positioning line “Join us. This is your gallery.” to tie in objective Two. |
