COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS The fastest way to snoozeville? Peruse your typical corporate employee newsletter. Coast Capital Savings approached Kaldor to create a publication that would actually engage employees. The Kaldor team (myself included) took a radical tack: make it fun and interesting while conveying the corporate line. Imagine that. GIST was built from the ground up to help bolster CCS’s culture by focusing on the people, to impart key corporate messages in a dynamic way, and to engage, engage, engage. It was (and is) a huge hit, with 75-plus per cent voluntary reading rates among staff. It was also a multiple award-winner. And thanks to the freedom given Kaldor by the client, it was a blast to create. |
